    Javier Manterola Armisén - Is a civil engineer that specials in bridge building. Le Pepa Bridge is expected to be his best work but is currently under construction. It will be the main road way into the city of Cadiz. The bridge will also be the longest bridge in Spain.

    Rev. Fr. Roque Ruaño, O.P. - He designed the first earth quake resistant building which was the main building for the University of Santo Tomas.

    Federico Cantero Villamil - Was known for the dams he constructed and planned along the river Duero.

    Esteban Terradas i Illa - Went around Spain teach what he new about civil engineering he also was a consultant the Spanish telephone and train industries.



The Sagrada Família is a Roman Catholic church that is located in  Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. It is still under construction. The Sagrada Familia  is a UNESCO world heritage site. The full name of the Church is Basílica i Temple Expiatori de la Sagrada Família. The project started March 19th,1982, and was thought of by  Josep María Bocabella. Modern day engineers planes are based on what the old plans were and are based on reconstruction due to the Spanish civil war, which destroyed some parts of the structure. The Sagrada Familia is expected to be complete in the year 2027. The church is also dividing the citizens of Barcelona, they are also thinking of ways to make it easier to take that factor away, they even thought about putting an underground train but it might mess with the churches stability. the church is a main key point in culture and engineering.
